Is a nicely equipped space. Has been recently renovated and has a good size bathroom and well equipped kitchen. We thought the unit was lovely. The bedrooms are decent size and offer lots or sleeping space for numerous guests. The sofa is best for individuals who prefer a firm mattress. The porches on the front and back of the unit are fantastic. There is a cute fenced in yard and despite being surrounded by other houses on each side the back porch feels like a private spot to rock in the rocking chairs or sit at the table for a meal. The space is compact but attention has been paid to the details so that you can find space for everyone to sit and eat and visit as well. There is only one sofa but there is a nice bench and several unique metal and wood stools for people to sit on throughout the living area. We would definitely stay here again!

We had 12 people in this unit. It was perfect for all of us. The beach was across the street and close to some pretty good restaurants and shops. Although the living room could of used another a/c,everything else was pretty good.

Our stay was great we had everything we needed and we were only a short walk to the beach. The house was very kid friendly which was perfect for our 4 year old. The staff is also amazing and communication wasnt an issue at all! I would be more than happy to stay again.
