We are proud to say that we are one of the rare few around
this beach that rents to groups under the age of 25.

If you just made a reservation with us, as the primary renter you need to fill out the Primary Renter Form.

All of your guests will have to fill out the guest attachment forms.

FAQ:

Please read ALL documents.
Double check that all information is correct from number of guests, property, price, dates, cleaning fee, and so on.
Follow all instructions. If you need help or have a question, just give us a call or send us an email.
The girl who usually answers is nice.

Why are there extra fees, and why didn't I see them when I booked?
If you made your reservation over the phone with us, than this doesn't apply to you. Our student fees are an additional $50 (plus tax) per person when booking online. This is for the cleaning fee and for the linen fee. Normally our guests have an option to bring their own linens if they would like, unfortunately student groups don't get that choice. Don't take it personally. If when you reserved online (it really is always better to book direct, for future thought) you paid a cleaning and/or linen fee, we will work that out of the $50 (plus tax) per person charge so your not paying it twice.

What does it mean to be the Primary Renter?
It means that all your friends like you enough to want to go to the beach with you... that's it...
Oh, and also that you are solely responsible for making sure all of your group is informed, group members registered, payments in on time, documents in on time, understanding the rules, terms, and conditions, and all things relevant to the trip. Please ensure that you keep up with all communication and pass it along to your group.

I'm not a kid, why do I have to have parental concent just because I'm under 21?!
Because that's how our homeowners want it, and if we don't give them what they want, we cant give you the beach vacation you want.
See, all of our rentals are privately owned and considered second residences for some. Being entrusted to rent them out and ensure they will be maintained, kept clean, and not involved in an all around mosh pit, takes some give and pull. Insurance companies wanted this, homeowners wanted that, and this is what we came up with.

Someone in my group wants to drop out of the trip, what do I need to do?
We get it, we really do; but once reserved for a certain amount of people, we can't go back on that. We highly suggest trying to find someone else to fill that spot. It'll be better than having to each pitch in more money... unless the person you found is just really off....

Can we cancel our trip all together?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Best thing we can suggest is to purchase vacation insurance if you think you may need to cancel.

How should we send you guys our information?
Best thing to do is to have the primary renter handle all communications.
Say you have eight people coming, when you have eight guest attachment forms, send them in.
Sending one, by one, by one, by one, by one, is almost as annoying as this sentence alone.

If we didn't answer everything already,
please feel free to have the primary renter give us a call!
